Registration Information

All conference attendees must register in advance of the conference. All fully registered delegates will receive the following:

• Conference attendance
• Programme and CD-ROM with conference papers
• Coffee/tea and lunches
• Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner, Whisky Tasting and Technical Tour (NOTE: The Student rates exclude the Gala Dinner, which can be booked at an additional cost.
• Day delegate registration (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) includes arrangements valid for that day (dinner and whisky tasting are not included but can be booked at the rates applying to accompanying persons).

Registration Fees

Registration for the Conference will begin on Sunday 31st August from 1400 hours and thereafter will continue throughout the Conference opening daily at 0800 hours.

Registration for Conference Workshops will begin at 0930 hours on Sunday 31st August.

Conference registrants with special needs should contact the Conference Secretariat in advance for assistance.

The registration fees are as follows:

• Full Delegate Rate - £720
• Student Rate - £570
• Full Delegate Rate IAHR/IWA Members - £690
• Student Rate IAHR/IWA Members - £540
• Daily Rate - £225

Now available a special 2 day rate

• Tuesday & Wednesday - £300
• Wednesday & Thursday - £300

Workshop Registration

• Per Workshop - £100

Accompanying Guests

Accompanying guests must be registered. Please provide full guest names as all guests will be issued with a badge for entry to the Welcome Reception. Please note that Accompanying Guests are not permitted to attend conference sessions.

The Accompanying Guest Registration Fee includes:

• Name Badge
• Access to Welcome Reception
• Option to book an Accompanying Guest Tour
• Option to participate in social programme and purchase tickets.
