There are 2 steps to submitting your full paper.
Step 1
This involves the corresponding author revising/verifying the information entered when submitting the abstract including:
- The title of the paper.
- The name of the principal author (the first name in the lists of author's) and the name of the presenting author. The principal author, the presenting author and the corresponding author may, but do not necessarily have to, be the same person.
- The name(s) of any other co-author(s) if any.
- Affiliations of the author and co-author(s).
- Addition of up to 200 word summary of the abstract keyed into the space provided. This may be used in printed material at the conference.
- Preference for placement in an oral session or a regular poster session at the conference.
- The theme chosen originally.
- Commitment (if desired) of the author to participate in the competition for the Poul Harremoës Award for Best Urban Drainage Paper by a Young Author and if so, the age of the competitor (who should not be older than 35 years when presenting the paper at conference, 31st to 5th of September 2008). Only single author papers are eligible for this prestigious award.
Step 2
This involves the upload of the accepted full paper. You will be required to know the file name including the file path. Microsoft Word or Adobe pdf file formats are the only ones accepted. Adobe pdf is the preferred format. Please try and limit the size of the file, as large files will slow down the processing of papers.
